Training Regimen, Round Two

I lost 10 pounds! And my workouts from the first training regimen are getting easier. So today I made a new regimen:

ROUND TWO

EVERYDAY
45 mins physical therapy

THREE TIMES A WEEK
Karate/Jui Jitsu class

ONCE A WEEK
Workout E
40-60 mins distance training on bike at level 7-8
20 mins arm toning, push ups, sit ups

Workout F
30 mins interval training on bike:
sub-maximal intervals at level 5/8 for rest/work ratio
5 min warm up, 13 intervals of 60 sec/30 sec, 5 min 30 sec cool down
75 straight punches w/ 10 lbs
100 sit ups
75 upper blocks w/ 5 lbs
100 crunches
10-20 pushups

Workout G
30 mins interval training on bike:
maximal intervals at level 5/10 for rest/work ratio
5 min warm up, 20 intervals of 30 sec/30 sec, 5 min cool down
20 mins arm toning, push ups, sit ups

Workout H
Repeat 1-5 times each (depending): Shino, Wunsu, Anaku, Empi-Sho, and Basa Dai katas
Repeat 4 times: 50 front kicks, 10 push ups
Repeat 2 times: 50 front kicks, 50 sit ups
75 upper blocks w/ 5 lbs

Workout I
Repeat 3 times: 15 mins running/10 mins walking
10 mins stretching
