Busy In A Good Way

Packing, unpacking, and repacking. Down vest? Zero degree back or my 40 degree bag? Long sleeved cotton shirts for mosquito protection: one or two? Can I mail the wedding clothes from Walla Walla to NC and have that much more space in my pack for the AK portion of the trip?

How do you fit dansko shoes, 2 fancy dresses, a laptop, long underwear, a sleeping bag, Chinese medicine, and hiking boots into one pack? Don’t forget rain gear, headlamp, pepper spray, and hiking poles. What about my first aid kit? Duct tape? Water bottles?

Here we go folks, it’s getting closer!
